Experience the pleasure of accords vins et chocolats this Fall. This guided tasting will feature a curated selection of wines from Château
du Martret, a 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon and a 2022 Chardonnay, both aged in French oak, as well as a sparkling Amour de Paris and a Côte du
Rhône Perrin, thoughtfully paired with artisanal chocolates, presented by a French-trained wine expert with deep roots in Burgundy.
From rich dark chocolates with notes of fruit, spice, and nuts to silky milk and white chocolates with caramel, each pairing is designed to highlight the subtle balance between sweetness, tannins, and aroma—revealing new dimensions of flavor and texture. Perfect for those who appreciate French culture, language, and the art of dégustation, this evening offers a relaxed and flavorful setting to explore something new. This event will be hosted in French and English by Christophe Bonnefoy.
