Registration Policy
- Maximum class size is ten (exceptionally eleven). A minimum of six students is required to constitute a class.
- An existing class of four or five may continue if students agree to decrease the number of classes.
- For some classes late enrollment may be permitted.
- Fees for classes may not be pro-rated due to student's absence. Please note that this policy will only be revised in exceptional circumstances.
- If the class you choose is full, or if the Alliance Française must cancel a class because of insufficient enrollment, we will contact you about registering in another course. We will give you a full refund if you do not select an alternative.
- If you register in a class and drop before the classes start, your registration fee will be refunded, minus a $20 administrative fee.
- After the first class meeting, there will be no refund if you decide to drop the class.
